A fabulous 5 berth Adrea  Altea UK. The last owner purchased it from us in 2020 but was unable to use it due to Covid and now their circumstances have changed so its for sale. This has to be the most flexible of layouts with dinette or large double in front and small dinette or two singles at the rear with a 75kg bunk above. 3 burner grill, good sized fridge with freezer section, good sized toilet and shower with sink (although we’d always recommend using our facilities instead of showering in the van), blown air heating, good sized storage

The Good

She is in excellent condition for a 2004 van with unmarked upholstery and with everything working as it should. She is bone dry and was fully serviced in 2020 and has not been used since.

She come fully kitted out with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for 4 people. Plus water and waste containers, porch awning, step and a ¾ full gas cylinder plus electric hook up cable– in fact you could just turn up with bedding and use her.

The Bad

The kitchen tap drips sightly and it needs replacing. We will have this done next October when our qualified service engineer arrives on site. Until then we have an excellent workaround so you wont be inconvenienced and a couple of the roof vent fly screens clips are loose. That's it…..
